平年より73日遅く、初雪が最も遅い記録を47年ぶりに更新したそうです。
えらいことです。

This morning we had our first snow this year in Tokyo !
It is 73 days later than average (we usually have first snow in January) and it's a "the latest" record and the second latest snow in Tokyo was 47 years ago (February 10).
Something is wrong...
I feel colder now than in February.
