久し振りに、かれこれ５年のお付き合いになる友達のお家に泊まりに行きました。目的はみんなで『かもめ食堂』を観ること。とってもほんわかしたい〜映画でした。見た人はきっとあそこに行きたくなるでしょう。美味しいコーヒーを飲みたくなるでしょう。そしておにぎりを食べたくなるでしょう。
そして私たちは翌日、みんなでおにぎりを作り、公園で食べました。
この日、友達のルームメイトがサプライズプレゼントをくれました。
なんと2003年のレディオヘッドのロンドンでのライブ音源！！

毛虫が空から降ってくるという最悪のアクシデントの後、公園から戻り今度は『スプラウト』というサーフィンのドキュメンタリー映画を見ました。サーフィンをしている姿を撮った映画ですが、余計なナレーションはほとんどなく、ひたすら波乗りを見るだけ。これが凄く良かった！前に『ステップ・イントゥ・リキッド』という映画も見て好きだったけど、スプラウトの方が良かった。それは音楽がもの凄く好みだったから！サントラも出ているようなので今度買おうと思います。
夕方、また別の友達と『悪魔とダニエル・ジョンストン』を見ようと集まったのですが、日曜の最後の回は1000円だからか、売り切れてしまい見れなかった（涙）残念。来週早めに行きます。
I went to visit my friend, whom I've known for five years, and we watched a film called Kamome Diner (official site link in English) with three other friends. It's a Japanese film about a tiny diner in Helsinki and people work there. We all liked the film (in fact, for two of us, it was their second or third time!). It's a very cute, peaceful film. After the film, you want to go to this place and drink good coffee and eat "onigiri" (Japanese "soul food" as described in the film). The next day, we made "onigiri" and took them to the park for a picnic. The weather was nice and we all had such good time there EXCEPT......
that there are loooooooads of caterpillars !!!!!!!!!!!!
After the traumatic experience, we came back home and some of us watched Sprout, a surfing documentary, which I really liked. I don't like a surfing film with a stupid story but I love a surfing documentary. And the music is brilliant: I'll go buy the soundtrack soon.
My friend's flatmate gave me this surprise present: a Radiohead live CD from their show in 2003 at Earl's Court in London !!!! Yatta ;-)
In the evening, I met with other friends to see The Devil and Daniel Johnston. Except, we didn't get to see it because it was sold out. It was probably because the last show on Sundays is cheap. We have to go back and try to get us tickets earlier.
