yes, i am serious.


今日、人生初のジムに行ってきました。
隠れ肥満だと思っていたので行こうと思ったのですが
今日の測定の結果では『理想的』と出てしまい
安心した反面、若干やる気が失せそうな気が一瞬したけど
日頃の運動不足解消の為にも頑張ります。
(もちろん無駄な間食も満腹になるまで食べるのも止めましたよ。)
今日はストレッチとちょっと重いウォーキング。
あとは二の腕とお尻を締めます。あともちろんヨガ。
それから土曜の朝の太極拳!実はこれが一番楽しみ。
合い言葉は「予定がない日はジムに行こう!」

I went to the gym for the very first time in my life !
I have been haunted by the fact that I had too much body fat.
But I got the latest result today and the balance is actually "ideal".
Still, I should have more muscle (especially on my arms)
so I've decided to join the gym and keep exercising.
Once I became a member, I can take various "classes" there:
yoga, kick boxing, swimming, et cetera, et cetera.
I'm looking forward to taking the most is Tai Chi Chuan.
I've always wanted to do that !
Someone told me that you should start exercising before you reach 35. And I'm talking it seriously.
