Podcastにハマっております。
今かよっ！と突っ込まれそうですが。
とにかくいろいろ無料でダウンロード出来る物を物色しています。
常にアップデートしていきたいなーと思ったのは、BBCのニュースとシアトルのローカルラジオ局KEXP。いい曲と適度なおしゃべりがとても良いです。
前に誰かが、「音楽はやはりラジオが発信源になる」と言っていたけど同感です。テレビでは新しいバンドや音楽は開拓できない。私はそれをiTunesでやっています。iTunesに登録されているラジオ局はまず数が多いし、ジャンルも様々。何でも聴けるのでとっても楽しい。全く分からない言語のラジオ局を聴くのも面白い。
オーディオブックというものにも興味を持ちましたが、やはり本は活字で読まなければ。しかもこれが高い！！3000円とか。買う価値なしと見た。
ニュースをiPodで電車の中で聴くのもなかなか面白いのですが、音楽と違って集中力がいるので、視点が１点に定まってしまうかもしれません。要注意。

I've been exploring Podcast lately.
I download only free files. My favourites are BBC Radio NewsPod and KEXP (a local radio station in Seattle). If you want to explore new songs/bands, radio is the best. You can't do that with TV. I've been listening to Internet radio stations through iTunes. It's really fun. It's fun to listen to some language you don't even know a word.
It's fun, too, to listen to the news on iPod on the train for a change. You just have to be careful: you might start staring at a point because you concentrate on the sound more than when you listen to music. And I can play music while I read on the train but I can't listen to the news while I read.
There is something called "audiobook"and I've looked through but they are usually very expensive ($30!). Nevertheless, you should "read" books, not "listen to" ;-)
